Commercial Loan Assistant
Provide administrative support to the commercial loan department, coordinates loan closings with the attorneys, document preparation with the assistance of commercial lenders, assist with commercial customer’s inquiries and other duties as deemed necessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
Coordination of closing dates with attorneys and customers, input of loans into Easy Lender. Preparation of all non-recordable loan closing documents, commitment letters, attorney fee sheets, funding sheets, flex sheets, checklist and Board out sheets. Completion of modification agreements, ordering of appraisals and environmental reports and review of appraisals. Assist loan officers with tracking all closing conditions of the loan and follow up with post-closing items in a timely manner. Tracking and renewal of UCC’s for commercial loans, reviewing of daily maintenance, preparation of month end and quarter end reports and other duties as assigned.
· 3+ years commercial banking experience
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, math skills and sound knowledge of loan policy, compliance, loan operations and quality customer service
· Knowledge of loan structuring and ability to read and analyze a loan approval and file to ensure that all documentation and loan packages adhere to loan approvals.
