Your Deposits are Insured in Full.
At Beverly Cooperative Bank, every deposit is insured in full. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insures each depositor to at least $250,000. All deposits over and above this amount are covered by the Share Insurance Fund (SIF).
The Cooperative Account is our unique checking system. It combines the convenience of a traditional checking account with the thrift benefits of a statement savings account. Click here for more information.
The NOW Account is a checking account on which interest is earned as long as a minimum balance of $10.00 is maintained in the account. There is no limit to the number of checks that may be written and a statement of activity is rendered each month detailing account activity and interest earned. Modest maintenance and activity fees will be imposed if the balance in the account falls below $500.00 on any day during the statement period.
