Receptionist
Location: Main Office
Part time: MondayThursday 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
Responsibilities include answering and directing multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, light administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Position requires superior customer service, communication and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel and previous reception experience required.
Customer Service Representative/Teller
Location: Salem
Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8:00/8:30 to 1:00/1:30
Duties: Customer Service
- Open a variety of new accounts
- Advise and counsel customers on bank products
- Data entry and filing of required forms/documents
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Update and maintain IRA files
- Answer telephone, greet customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Duties: Teller
- Receive, verify and process a variety of deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Issue bank checks and money orders and other over-the-counter customer transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints related to transactions.
- Conduct routine computer inquiries and other related research to resolve account problems within scope of authority.
- Balance and reconcile daily transactions, research and resolve outages. Count and verify coin and perform other related proof operations.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Professional phone manner
- Excellent internal and external customer skills

Commercial Lender
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Commercial Lender to our staff.
The ideal candidate should have 5 or more years of commercial lending experience, credit training and SBA lending experience preferred. Should have proven track record in developing and servicing small and medium-sized loans.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Bank offers an excellent benefit package, including immediate enrollment in medical, dental and 401 (k) plans.
