a free Seminar for First-Time Homebuyers
SALEM, MA – FEBRUARY 26, 2008 – Beverly Cooperative Bank will be hosting a free Seminar for First-Time Homebuyers interested in learning more about finding the right home, securing financing and attractive options from MassHousing — including 0% down opportunities.
Speakers will include a real estate broker, home inspector, representative from MassHousing and mortgage specialist from Beverly Cooperative Bank.
The free seminar for First-Time Homebuyers will be Wednesday, March 26, at 6 – 7:30 pm, in the Community Room at our Salem office. Light refreshments will be served.
Attendees will receive $500 off closing costs at closing if they finance their new home through Beverly Cooperative Bank.
